Request: Check Furnace blows cold air.

My wife and I recently woke up in the morning to no heat. We called Weber's and they sent out a technician right away. Our technician was Dustin Rodenberg. Dustin diagnosed the problem and got our furnace up and running promptly.

We were very satisfied with Dustin's friendly and quality service! We have always been completely satisfied with the service we have received from the different technicians that we have had for our planned maintenance services as well.

Mike Weber began working with USD 214 and several Ulysses businesses in the 1970s while he worked for a contractor out of Dodge City. In 1980 when he began his own business, which began in Garden City, it only made sense to continue offering Prompt Quality Service to those customers. In 1987 Weber Refrigeration began operations in a small building beside Russ's Jack and Jill on West Oklahoma Street. In 1999 we purchased our current building at 707 S. Simpson.

Just thought I'd send a Thank-You-Note. my furnace stopped working on Sat., the 29th. I called around 10 o'clock (PM) and in a couple of hours a repairman was on his way (Sergio). I can't tell you how happy I was when my heat was on again.

I've never had a bad experience with your company. I really reli on you.

Sergio was the best, not only fast and knowledgeable but friendly.
