That looks like a pretty tall order to live up to. First, lets look at EXPERIENCED. We have
over 500 years cumulative experience with many of our techs having over 20 each.
As for EDUCATION, many of our techs have been trained in VO-TECHs and COLLEGES,
but that's really just the beginning. We have 4 HOURS OF CLASSROOM training each
week. Every morning we have what we call a ROUND TABLE SESSION. This is where
we learn from one another, how we can do a better job for you.

COURTESY, should come natural. Unfortunately it doesn't always. We attempt to teach
courtesy, to those it doesn't come natural to. If they are not interested in treating you,
our customer, courteously, we simply let them go to work for someone else.
To be available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year to rush to your aid at the drop of a
hat; to get up on your rooftops when it's ZERO, or 105 degrees or attics that are 140
degrees; to crawl under your homes with snakes and spiders; that takes DEDICATION.
